Remi Odesola foundation is a compassionate and dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting two of the most vulnerable groups in our society, children with special needs, internally displaced children and individuals battling addiction. Our mission is to provide essential resources, personalized care, and life-changing programs that foster growth, healing, and empowerment.

Restoring Vision, Restoring Hope: Free Eye Testing and Glasses for Children in an IDP Camp

The Remi Odesola Foundation has successfully delivered free eye testing and professional eye care to children in the camp, addressing a critical need. Many of these children had undiagnosed vision impairments that were hindering their ability to learn and fully engage with their environment. The eye tests have been completed, and prescriptions have been provided. The glasses are currently being crafted by "The Spectacle Factory," a UK-based optical company that has partnered with our foundation for this initiative. Once ready, the glasses will be distributed, ensuring that the children can see clearly and fully participate in their education and daily activities. This program is not only restoring their vision but also providing them with renewed hope for a brighter future, despite the hardships they face in the camp.
